20 kW I-Series electric inboard with 86–115 VDC input, water cooling, eSSA connectivity and hydrogeneration support. I-20 is one configuration within I-Series. The useful question is not whether it is better in isolation, but whether its installation, controls, electrical system, weight and recorded output fit the boat and intended use. For inboards, include machinery-space access, drivetrain or shaft arrangement, cooling, battery placement, cabling and service access. Confirm mounting or shaft geometry and the space available on the boat. Compare system voltage, battery energy, charging access and the reserve needed for the intended trip.
