Current technical behavior

Public catalogue browsing and Finder requests are processed as ordinary page requests. Finder selections are not saved as user profiles.

Contact submissions

The contact form records the name, email address, reason, subject, message, language and relevant catalogue-page context needed to handle the enquiry. It does not subscribe the sender to marketing or create an advertising profile.

Submissions are private, retained according to the configured support-retention policy and available only to authorized support administrators or an authenticated support service. Do not submit sensitive information.
